Dr. Griffiths is excellent. I have had multiple surgeries from him to repair my cleft lip/palate and I’m extremely satisfied with my results. My family and friends can’t believe the significant changes that Dr. Griffiths has made to my appearance. He is a very professional Dr. to work with and only wants the best for his patients. He made a great change in my life and I can’t thank him enough. Dr. Griffiths is a very dedicated man and you can tell he only accepts perfection in his work. His staff is very personable and knowledgeable as well. If you are in search of any type of cleft lip/palate repair Dr. Griffiths would be my one and only choice.

Dr. Griffiths is one of the few surgeons in the United States qualified to care for my extreme and complicated disease. He’s professional and beyond gifted with a scalpel. I absolutely recommend his work.

When our son was 3 months old we found out he had mytopic craniosynostosis. We were so completely scared and unsure of what was going to happen. Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Cherny and then we met Dr. Griffiths. When we got there he was so patient with us in letting us know exactly what was going to happen adn how everything worked. After his surgery at 6 months old Dr. Griffiths was great at making sure that everything was going smoothly with our son. Today was his appt a year and a half after the surgery and he was just as great today as he was then. The staff is amazing and very understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon.

Our daughter was born with craniosynostosis 10 years ago therefore in 2009 she underwent reconstructive masofacial plastic surgery. As you could imagine, handing you infant child over to surgeons is a terrifying situation but I recall the thorough, reassuring and professional approach that Dr. Griffiths gave from the beginning. We had so many questions and fears but he always helped us feel completely informed and made us feel safe and reassured that he would continue to follow our child for life. Over the past decade, as we have gone in for her check-ups, we have felt relived that there have been no side effects from the early surgery and it is obvious that it was done with such care and detail that our child has nearly no scars nor obvious sings of the initial deformity thanks to the excellence of this very intelligent and talented doctor. We are forever grateful and highly recommend him.

My son had Cranial synostosis, Dr. Griffiths along with Dr. Cherney did an excellent job. By baby was 3 months old at the time and all went well with the surgery and recovery. His head looks perfect now that he’s 8 months old and you can barely see the scar. I know other children who had the same surgery done in Utah and their results weren’t as good as my son’s. Very happy.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I recently had my upper jaw moved forward and holy cow, Dr. Griffiths did an amzing job. He told me what I needed to do on lmy side of things and did his part. He made surgery as easy as it could be and made it an amazing experience for me and my family. He’s a great guy.

We learned that our son had a cleft lip (and possible pallet…his pallet is in fact cleft) when I was 19 weeks pregnant. We were of course very nervous about what that meant for our baby boy and met with Dr. Griffiths before our son was even born. He answered every single question we had and was very patient with us considering we had a lot of concerns and worries. I delivered our son at St. Luke’s Boise, and Dr. Griffiths came to our room in the maternity ward to see us/our son the very same day. He eased our minds at our son’t first appointment with him(2 weeks old) by showing us before and after pictures, explaining the process of the surgery (without being too graphic) and again answered any questions we had thought up since our last appointment. As a worrying new mom, I was so nervous and I always told my husband when we left the office “he puts me at ease. I have full confidence in him.” At 3 months, our son had his cleft lip and nasal reconstruction surgery and he did an amazing job! Our son had a pretty severe cleft on the left side and he honestly looks amazing! It has been 2 1/2 months since his surgery and his lip and nose look fantastic! I truly feel that Dr. Griffiths is a God sent. I could not be happier with his work and there is a possibility we will be moving to MO before his pallet surgery and we WILL be traveling to Boise for that surgery, because we wouldn’t want anyone else doing the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Griffiths for cleft lip/pallet surgery. Great surgeon!
